The authors presented a case of Goldenhar´s Syndrome which was shown the following findings, such as epibulbar dermoid, bilateral colobomas of upper eye lids, pretragal bind fistulas, preauricular appendages, skin tags, lacrimal fistula, persistant pupillary membrane, myopia and alopecia atropicans with bulge.
